A monthly collection of recipes, observations, discoveries, and the occasional surprise, delivered by mail.
Each issue is a mix of things I’ve been thinking about, cooking with, or finding particularly worth sharing: a recipe I’ve been making on repeat, an ingredient worth getting to know, a cookbook I’ve discovered, a useful technique, or an idea that has changed the way I think about something in the kitchen.
The contents will vary from month to month. The point is simply to share good things when I find them — and give you a few new reasons to look at what you’re cooking, reading, buying, or already have in the pantry a little differently.

Inside Notes from The Gorgeous Kitchen
Each issue is different, but will include things like recipes, ingredients worth getting to know, cookbook discoveries, useful techniques, kitchen observations, and other ideas that feel worth passing along.
Some months may lean more heavily into recipes. Others might begin with an ingredient, a cookbook, a seasonal idea, or something I’ve come across that has sent me down a particularly delicious rabbit hole.
There may also be the occasional little extra tucked in when it makes sense.
The contents aren’t fixed by a formula. That’s part of the point!
How it works
Notes from The Gorgeous Kitchen is mailed once a month as a physical piece of correspondence from me (founder of The Gorgeous Spice Company).
You can subscribe month-to-month for yourself, or choose a short gift subscription for someone else.
Each issue is created as its own little collection rather than as part of a course, series, or program, so there’s no need to begin at the beginning. You can join whenever you like.
The aim is to make something worth opening, reading, cooking from, and keeping around for a while.
Subscriptions & Shipping
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Gift subscriptions are available for a fixed term and do not automatically renew.
Notes from The Gorgeous Kitchen is available to subscribers anywhere in the world.
Shipping is charged separately and is based on the mailing destination.
Because Notes from The Gorgeous Kitchen is sent through the postal system rather than by courier, delivery times will vary depending on where you live.
Subscriptions received before the monthly cut-off will be included in the next mailing. Orders placed after that date will begin with the following issue.
