Description
Shake crushed chillies over pizza or pasta for zestiness, add them to pickling blends, soup, pasta sauces and sausages for liveliness, or use them to perk up broccoli, cabbage (kimchi!), cauliflower, kale, or to brighten up a salad dressing. Peppers are a member of the nightshade family, so they pair perfectly with potatoes and tomatoes.
