Lucky Latte Cocktail
Chilly night just got a little warmer with this creamy warmed cocktail!
And what better way to use up the extra bit of pumpkin in the fridge?
½ C Milk
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
½ tsp Lucky Spice (plus a little extra for dusting)
¾ C Coffee (Freshly brewed)
2 Tbsp Coffee Liquer
Whipped Cream (optional, for topping)
1 tsp Caramel Sauce
- Combine the milk, pumpkin, and maple syrup in a heavy-bottomed sauce pan, stirring regularly at low heat.
- Add coffee and liquor to mixture and stir well.
- Pour into a mug, top with whipped cream and caramel drizzles. And sprinkle with a dash more of Lucky, for good luck!
