Mango & Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

½ cup Mango (fresh or frozen)

1 Banana

½ cup yoghurt

⅓ cup orange juice

1 tsp Coconut oil (melted and cooled)

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tsp Vanilla extract

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.

Optional – Top with any or all (granola, chunks of mango, pineapple, toasted coconut flakes, blueberries, raspberries)
