Jerk Sweet Potato Fries
If you are feeling ambitious and have a way to make homemade french-fries, then these can be made from scratch. Otherwise, adding a little Offbeat Jerk dresses up store-bought sweet potatoes fries making them a little extra special. Serve with a dollop of mayo or a bit of a sweet hot sauce on the side.

- Offbeat Jerk
- Mayo
DIRECTIONS
- Follow the cooking (baking) instructions on the package. If baking, add a dusting of Offbeat Jerk before putting in the oven. | If deep-frying, add the dusting of Offbeat after cooking.
- Serve with a side of sauce and/or mayo.
