Because our products are food and made in small batches, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on perishable items—but your experience matters to us a lot, and we want you to be happy with your order.
Refunds/ Replacements
If something arrives amiss (damaged, incorrect, missing, or just not quite right) please reach out. We handle refund (or replacement) requests thoughtfully, case by case, and always aim for a good outcome.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges on food products. If something’s off, let us know what happened, and we’ll figure something out together.
