Smokey Maple Salmon

This salmon recipe is a quick yet somewhat glamourous dinner to serve up, weeknight or weekend! Try it with rice, or on a bed of mash, or even just with a side of salad.

2 Salmon filets, fresh or thawed
2 tsp Olive oil
2 tsp Maple syrup
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika


  1. Warm your oven to 425 degrees
  2. Mix the oil, maple syrup, salt, garlic powder and smoked paprika together in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a small baking dish and brush them with the mixture.
  4. Bake for 15 – 17 minutes
