Lucky Pumpkin Smoothie
If you are anything like me, you might have some leftover pumpkin mash on hand. What better way to use it up and enjoy the season’s flavours than adding it and Lucky Spice to your morning routine? Add in a little protein powder if you like (or not).
- 1 Banana, Frozen
- ⅔ Cup of milk (nut or dairy, per your preference)
- ⅓ Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Tbsp Nut Butter (almond, pecan, or peanut)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Lucky Spice
- Sweeten with up to 1 Tbsp of Honey or Maple Syrup (*OPTIONAL you can omit this or add less for a less sweet version)
- A dash of Instant Coffee *OPTIONAL
- Add all the ingredients to your blender or Magic Bullet/Nutri-Bullet and blend until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
